Whitecaps London?is a high performance not-for-profit club in Southern Ontario that will be part of the Ontario Soccer and OPDL high performance player pathway providing opportunities for talented youth in Southern Ontario.
In 2020 The club will be operating a U13, 14 & 15 boys and girls teams in OPDL and West Region under the technical direction of Mike Ayyash.? In Addition, the club will operate teams and player pools from U8 to U17.
National Youth Club License
Whitecaps London is Proud to have been awarded the National Youth Club License, 1 of only 39 Youth Clubs in Canada to receive this distinction. It recognizes the Highest Possible Standards a Youth Soccer Club could have in place.

Pathway
Our Complete Player Pathway offers many opportunities for our players.
Whitecaps FC First Team?(MLS)?- is the top of the club model and where players aspire to reach. Residency players can enter the first team environment as they strive to play for Whitecaps FC in Major League Soccer (MLS), the top professional soccer league in the United States and Canada.
College and University Scholarship?- opportunities are the primary goal for Whitecaps FC Girls Elite REX players, with every player to have come through the program having gone on to play collegiately. Pursuing college and university scholarships is also a secondary option for Whitecaps FC Residency players. The Whitecaps have established a Collegiate Network utilizing a centralized website with Profiles and Video Analysis.
National and Provincial?- Canadian National Teams are a huge part of the Whitecaps FC club structure. Developing top Canadian players not only benefits Whitecaps FC, but also our national team program at various age levels. On the Provincial Level, the OPDL is the primary scouting source for the Ontario Provincial Team.

Players
Whitecaps FC Residency (U17-U19)?- is a full-time, fully funded player development program unlike any other in North America.
Whitecaps FC Girls Elite Rex (U17-U19)?- is a fully funded player development program. As part of the Canada Soccer Pathway, the Whitecaps FC Girls Elite REX program in Vancouver maintains a standardized national curriculum for female players feeding into Canada Soccer?s Women?s National EXCEL Program.

Our coaches given the opportunity would be encouraged to reciprocate and share their coaching knowledge with other club placement in other parts of the world.
